The open floor plan makes excellent use of 663 square feet - a large, light-filled living and dining area flows naturally through the space. The updated kitchen features new flooring, fresh countertops, and a brand-new refrigerator. The bedroom comfortably fits a king-size bed, and additional furniture is available on request.

Heat and hot water are included in rent. Move-in is June 1st or sooner by arrangement. Pets are allowed. Parking includes on-street spaces plus private resident parking in the community: you may have more than one vehicle, but resident spots are first come, first served each day - if a spot is open you may use it; if not, plan to park on the street. The street sweeper runs twice weekly: Tuesday at 7am (park on the side of the street closest to the apartment) and Friday at 9am (park on the side across the street from the apartment).

Residents share laundry facilities on the premises for the community, located on the same block as the apartment - no need to go far for wash day.
